Meet the Ground Operations Director: Jennifer is an aviation enthusiast with more than 11 years as a Flight Attendant with a major airline. She hails from Montreal, Canada where she attended private school and college. Jennifer is the brains of the operation and schedules, coordinates, and finances all aspects of the operation. She also handles most of your ground training and will generally be there to assist you into the aircraft.
